Scott has over 15 years in the Mortgage/Banking industry and brings a wealth of experience to the table. Building relationships with clients is his #1 passion, as well as finding solutions for each client’s pain points. A graduate of Salve Regina University with a degree in Finance, Scott lives in Warren, Rhode Island with his wife Erin and their three children (Annee, Ellee, & Gordon). His hobby of choice is golf and he is a diehard Boston sports fan.

Michael Davis

Mike Davis is a sales leader and executive with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. He holds a degree in Finance from North Central College and currently serves as the National Sales Executive, where he focuses on channel sales and establishing new referral partnerships across the US to utilize Thrive Payments’ merchant services. Mike has a passion for supporting animal rescue organizations, feeding the homeless, and music production. He currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, but is originally from the Chicagoland area.

Gustavo Soto

Gustavo is originally from the Virgin Islands, but, spent most of his life in New Hampshire. After having lived in Brooklyn, New York for the past year, Gustavo recently returned to New England. Mr. Soto has prior experience from various technology companies, with a special focus on sales, support, and talent acquisition and has a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals and maximizing their growth potential – both internally and externally. In Gustavo’s free time, he enjoys photography/videography, watching basketball, or trying new foods with his girlfriend.

Marissa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College. She has worked in the banking industry for over 10 years and has always had an interest in fraud and risk. Being a Rhode Island native, Marissa loves the summertime. Outside of work, Marissa enjoy cooking, baking cookies, being outdoors and spending quality time with her two boys, husband and dog.

Leah has more than 10 years of payments experience on the issuing side and is now bringing her expertise to the Thrive Payments team on the acquiring side as the Merchant Risk Manager. With a strong background in Disputes she will manage the Chargeback and Underwriting processes and identify potential workflow improvements and future automation opportunities. As a critical thinker she enjoys reading Mystery novels and solving puzzles. Outside of work she loves to be outdoors enjoying nature.
