1980
Inception – The company was founded in 1980 by Theodore K. Keith, Sr. as a result of a consultative engagement with New England Bankcard Association, Inc. (NEBA), which was one of the original MasterCharge regional processing cooperatives formed in 1969.
1990
Evolution – By 1990, the company began offering processing system support, data-mining and reporting, and other consultative-based services to banks.
1997
Vision – The company’s first merchant acquiring Independent Sales Organization (ISO) was born.
1998
Expansion – After solidifying its place in the domestic market, the company expanded into Latin America.
2020
Focus – With the intention of focusing on merchant acquiring through the ISO and Full Service Provider (FSP) business, Primax, the company’s card issuing division was sold to PSCU on June 30, 2020.
2023
Growth – Continuing to provide exceptional service and value for our broad range of clients rooted in the same ideals in which we were founded. The pursuit of excellence doesn’t quit and neither do we.
